Climate
The climate in Ghana is tropical, with a temperature that is constant through the year. There are two rainy seasons in the country. The first one is from April-Juli, and the second is from September-November. Except in the North. They only have one rain season, which is from April-September. Most of the places the temperature is highest in March and lowest in August.

Landscapes and plants
Ghana is a lowland country, except for the range of hills on the eastern border. South Ghana contains forests consisting of tall silk cottons, kolas and valuable west African hardwoods such as mahogany, odum, and ebony. The Northern side is covered by savanna, containing shea trees, acacias, and baobabs.

Ghana contains many different lakes and rivers. They have a big impact on the country, as they provide the people with fish and water.
Among the lakes there are Lake Volta, which is a major geographical feature in Ghana. It helps to feed and provide 4 of the six biggest rivers in the country. |
